Hello,

this issue seems to be the same as here:
gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/issues/15415

I applied the mentioned workaround and issued a new nightly build:
www.asc.tuwien.ac.at/~mhochsteger/ngsolv...-g236e3558-win64.msi
