Tips for visualization was created by zouroboros
Hi everyone,
I have a script that is computing grid functions. I would like to save them for visualization. Right now I save them in a *.vtk file. However I am not satisfied with the plots I am getting from Paraview. The pdf export is broken and I can't find a way to get a 3D plot.
I would like to make plots similar to this:
Any suggestion or tips?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
sorry no answer to the question, instead some extra question to the topic.
Is there any timeline for getting the built-in image export working when running ngsolve from commandline without a main window?
In some other post this was mentioned as a goal, but without any idea of when we'll be happy to use it.
Thanks
Jürgen
