mesh of conformity

Thank you for your wonderful answer to my last question.
I have another one.
Is it possible to make partial meshes of conformity?
Suppose you made meshes of two separate but equal-sized cubes, and then you merge them. Can we make the two touching boundary surface have exactly identical mesh?
In my OpenFOAM simulation, I used Arbitrary Mixed Interface algorithm to pass values between two touching boundaries. But, I often got errors since boundary interpolation doesn't work very well.

Let me know if netgen has a conformity functionality and how to use it.
