trying to get Net Gen to run was created by pauljohnmartin16
Every time I download and then try and run NetGen it fails. It says MSVCP140.dll file is missing. I assumed it was my AV software but thats been disabled during download and it still makes no difference. Help please

Hi Paul,
I think you are missing the runtime support DLLs. You can download them from Microsoft:

Thanks Christopher I did that and found that there were 3 dll needed. But it still doesn't run it now comes up with the error message Oxc00007b sadly

Is it possible that you have a 32 bit Windows? Our installers are for 64 bit only... You could build from source on a 32bit machine. If you are on 64bit, there are a number of reasons why your redist files may be corrupt. A google search brings up a number of solutions, you could try them, i.e. here are some:

now I have lightened my wallet getting the fix error software it still comes up with an error
