Manual Install of NGsolve through Anaconda

More

I would like to install NGsolve manually, through Anaconda.

So far I can compile all the code (most recent version) myself at the Anaconda prompt.  It appears to be successful.  However, I do not know how to add it so that Python can use it, or even have it in the path of Anaconda so I can call, say, netgen at the prompt.

I followed the build on windows instructions, and the part that supposedly adds the needed dirs to the path, but it doesn't work.  Is there no way to then install the compiled NGsolve/NetGen to my Python site-packages directory?

I need to be able to compile from source (to have the most recent).  And I would like to still use Anaconda.  Is there no "setup.py" file that is already there?
