Netgen: is it possible to perform full quad refinement?

I wonder if it is possible to perform cuthill-mckee (via centroid) mesh refinement in netgen so as to convert a mixed tri-quad mesh to a full quad mesh? I have tried to look through the source code but it is not clear to me how or if it is possible?
