Hello. I am trying to get familiarized with NGSolve for my research purpose. I am using a Windows 10 laptop. I followed all the steps given on this link ( ngsolve.org/downloads ) for Windows 10.

After completing all the steps, when I try to run NGSolve, it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" and doesn't start. Please help me out with this.

Hi, what python version have you installed? Does "import ngsolve" from python work?
